After your Appointment Request has been accepted you will receive an email message from “Pinnacle Counseling and Consulting Client Portal <[email protected]>”
The email will contain a “sign in” link to your secure Client Portal.
1. Click the “Sign In” button to view the “Documents, Forms and Files” page
2. Click on the “Documents” tab at the top of the page. The Client Forms listed will indicate which forms need to be completed, digitally signed or are informational practice policies or processes.
*Note: Links are active for 24 hours from the time they are sent to you. They are limited to one-time use only. You will be able to request another link from the email you received.
Please complete, sign or review the items in your Client Portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, I may release the appointment reserved for you and you will need to reschedule. If you are unable to meet this deadline please contact me with an estimated time of completion.
It is important that I have adequate time to review your information before we meet. This will allow us to focus more of your first session on you rather than paperwork and administrative details.
The Client Portal is your “go to” place for viewing or requesting appointments, billing and payment records and documents. You are also able to upload files you want to share with me.

Phone calls and email messages are usually returned within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Messages left over the weekend or after 3:00pm Friday will be returned within 2 business days.
