Cost of Care

Successful counseling outcomes are directly linked to the collaboration between the client and therapist. Together, we can embark on an uplifting journey toward your healing and personal growth.

The Intake Session sets the foundation for our work together and is priced at $180 for a duration of 70 minutes.

Standard Follow-Up Sessions are offered at $140 for 45 minutes.

Please note that fees may be adjusted for sessions that are shorter or longer than the typical duration, or for sessions involving multiple participants. Don’t hesitate to ask about specific pricing when we schedule your appointment.

I accept payments through the following methods:

- Cash
- Check
- All major debit and credit cards
- Health Savings Account (HSA) cards
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) cards

Payment Process

Session fees are due at the beginning of each appointment. If you choose to pay by any method other than cash or check, your payment will be processed through Stripe, a secure online payment service integrated with my Electronic Medical Record platform, SimplePractice. Both Stripe and SimplePractice comply with federal HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and security of your information.

Transaction Fees. Stripe, like all credit card processing services, charges a fee for each transaction (currently about $4.50 per standard session). I absorb this cost, so there are no additional charges added to your session fee.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed appointments—may result in being charged the full session fee as a "Missed Appointment Fee." This fee may be charged to the payment source on file in the Electronic Health Record system used by my practice.

Yes, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards are accepted as payment methods.

Please check your plan requirements for any restrictions or stipulations. Most plans do not cover late cancellation or missed appointment fees. If this happens, I may ask for an alternate payment method to process those charges.

You can request a receipt for paid invoices or statements at any time. These can be generated and sent to you through your Client Portal
