After I accept your Appointment Request, you will receive an email from the "Pinnacle Counseling and Consulting Client Portal." The sender's name will be "yourprovider@simplepractice.com."
This email will include a link to your Client Portal and several documents. Please complete, sign, or review the items in your Client Portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not do this, I may need to release the appointment time reserved for you, and you will have to reschedule.
If you cannot meet this deadline, please contact me with an estimated completion time. I need sufficient time to review your information before our meeting. Your cooperation will help us focus more on you during your first session rather than on paperwork and administrative details.
Please note: If you do not see the email, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders, as your email provider may have marked it as a nuisance message.
