New to the Practice & Ready to Schedule an Appointment?

To schedule an appointment, 

1.  Click on the "Request an Appointment" button at the bottom of this page. 

2. Choose "Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation

3. Select your preferred office location (either In-office or Virtual).

4. Pick an available date and time that works best for you. 

5. Provide your contact information and click the "Request Appointment" button to submit your request.


I will review your request and reach out to you to gather more information before we confirm the appointment.

Current Client Wanting to Schedule an Appointment?

To request a link to your Client Portal, please click the "Request An Appointment" button at the bottom of this page.


Once you are in your Portal, go to the Appointments tab and click on the "Request Now" button. From there, choose the service you need, select the office location, and pick the available date and time that works best for you.


I will either confirm your appointment or suggest an alternate date or time if necessary.

Returning Client Wanting to Schedule and Appointment

If you are a returning client and your last appointment was more than six months ago, please contact me. I will reactivate your account so you can access your Client Portal.

Important Information for New Clients

After I accept your Appointment Request, you will receive an email from the "Pinnacle Counseling and Consulting Client Portal." The sender's name will be "yourprovider@simplepractice.com."

This email will include a link to your Client Portal and several documents. Please complete, sign, or review the items in your Client Portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not do this, I may need to release the appointment time reserved for you, and you will have to reschedule. 

If you cannot meet this deadline, please contact me with an estimated completion time. I need sufficient time to review your information before our meeting. Your cooperation will help us focus more on you during your first session rather than on paperwork and administrative details.

Please note: If you do not see the email, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders, as your email provider may have marked it as a nuisance message. If you still can't find it, please reach out to me and provide your email address. Occasionally, there may be typographical errors made by the keyboard operator.

I’m really looking forward to our upcoming meeting! To make the most of our time together, I want to ensure I have enough time to thoroughly review your information beforehand. This way, we can dive right into your session without any distractions from paperwork. 

Please complete, sign, and review the items in your Client Portal at least 48 hours before our appointment?  If you think you might run into challenges meeting this timeline, please let me know as soon as you can. Your communication will assure your scheduled appointment is held for you. Unfortunately, if they aren't completed, I may need to free up your slot for someone else, and you may need to reschedule. I appreciate your understanding!

Your Client Portal

Please keep an eye out for an important email from "simplepractice.com." This email will include a crucial link for signing in to your secure Client Portal. 

1. Click the "Sign In" button to access the "Documents, Forms, and Files" page. 

2. Once on the page, click the "Documents" tab at the top. Here, you will find a list of Client Forms that indicate which forms need to be completed, digitally signed, or are for informational practice policies and processes. 

*Note: The links are active for 24 hours from the time they are sent to you and can be used only once. If you need another link, you can request one from the email you received.


The Client Portal is your "Go To" place for....

The Client Portal is your primary location for viewing or requesting appointments, as well as accessing billing, payment records, and documents. You can also upload files you wish to share with me.

Where is the Office located?

The Main Street Professional Office Building is located in the heart of downtown Blue Springs, MO. My office is located on the lower level of the building.

Parking is available at the rear of the building, with a designated space for handicap parking on this lower level. If you prefer, there is also convenient parking on Main Street. If you enter through the Main Street level, please take the stairway down to reach the lower level. 

If you have some time before or after our appointment, I encourage you to explore some of the local shops nearby.
